The Project Application Engineer will deliver process control system solutions to our customers. This hands-on engineering role involves delivering SCADA and process control systems, covering all phases of project delivery, including obtaining user requirements, documentation, configurations, testing, commissioning, and training.
Hybrid work – 3 days a week in the office.
- Liaise with customers to help define system requirements
- Generate detailed system designs for automation systems, including enclosures, networking, instrumentation, and supervisory systems
- Procure project equipment
- Implement control and SCADA application software
- Provide commissioning assistance
- Offer technical and sales support
- Interface with Technical Support and Field Service Engineers, providing follow-ups on projects
- System start-up and commissioning/Emergency restoration/Training/Technical support
Proven track record in implementing control systems and providing related services. Degree in Control and Systems Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Computer Science or related. Strong analytical and planning skills. Willingness to travel from time to time.
