For ASAP, we are looking to appoint energetic, enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work with our amazing pupils who have severe learning difficulties (SLD) and profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and Autism. Previous experience with special needs children would be an advantage.

H3 - H4 depending on qualifications and experience (from £13.26 per hour). Pro rata salary for term time only is £17,345 - £18,478. 30 hours per week, 38 weeks of the year (school term time only) 9.00am to 3.30pm, except each Wednesday when all staff work until 4.45pm for training and meetings time.

Watling View is a Good School (Ofsted, Apr 2025), catering for the needs of children and young people with severe and profound and multiple learning difficulties (2 to 19 years in age).
