Watling Park School is seeking a Pupil Integration Lead to champion EAL inclusion, especially for new arrivals. You will manage the onboarding journey from pre‑arrival through 30‑day progress reviews, reporting to the Headteacher and Inclusion Lead.
You will deliver targeted 1:1 and small-group phonics sessions, set SMART targets, and support staff with curriculum adaptations and dual-language tools to help pupils learn, enjoy, and succeed.
