The Role

Watling Academy is seeking a proactive and dedicated Site Supervisor (Afternoon/Evening) to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operations of our school, maintaining the safety, security and overall upkeep of the building and grounds. We are committed to providing a welcoming and safe environment for students, staff and visitors; as our Site Supervisor, you will be instrumental in helping us achieve that goal.

This role involves:

  • Leading the evening shift team
  • Ensuring the completion of allocated maintenance tasks and compliance checks
  • Liaising with the cleaning team
  • Acting as a point of escalation for the Lettings team
  • Ensuring the site remains safe, secure, and operational during extended hours
  • Supporting the delivery of our lettings strategy
  • Maintaining high standards across the Academy’s facilities
