In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operations of our school, maintaining the safety, security and overall upkeep of the building and grounds.
This role involves leading the evening shift team, ensuring the completion of allocated maintenance tasks and compliance checks, liaising with the cleaning team and acting as a point of escalation for the Lettings team. You will ensure the site remains safe, secure, and operational during extended hours, support the delivery of our lettings strategy and maintain high standards across the Academy's facilities.
