The Role

Watling Academy is seeking a highly organised and detail‑focused Exams Administrator to support the smooth and secure running of the Academy’s examinations function. Working under the direction of the Exams Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all exam processes—from candidate entries to results—are administered accurately, efficiently and in full compliance with JCQ and awarding body regulations.

  • Maintain accurate records and process candidate entries
  • Prepare exam materials and coordinate invigilation arrangements
  • Assist with results and post‑results services

This role requires precision, confidentiality and calm professionalism, particularly during busy exam periods.
