Watling Academy in Milton Keynes is seeking a dedicated Deputy SENDCo to support the SENDCo with day‑to‑day running of the SEND provision. You’ll ensure students with SEND are supported and included, and that they do well academically and personally.
Working with the SENDCo, you’ll help organise Teaching Assistant timetables, line manage a small TA team, and plan, deliver and monitor interventions, including EHC Plans and annual reviews.
