About the Placement

Watkin Jones is delivering a 397-bed purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) development at our Grove Crescent scheme in Stratford. The project has an estimated Gross Development Value of approximately £120 million.

As a placement student, you will be involved in the day-to-day management of the site, working closely with our team of professionals, contractors, suppliers, and specialists from across the business. While the focus is on learning, you will also be expected to contribute to real work activities, helping you develop practical skills and industry knowledge.

This opportunity is ideal for students currently pursuing a construction-related qualification. You should:
