This position is for a Quantity Surveyor in the Refresh division, specialising in refurbishment and building improvement. The role involves the commercial aspects of projects from early estimation to completion. Projects include building envelope, internal fire compartmentation, and full room and amenity space refurbishments.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
To be successful you will need a blend of formal education and hands‑on experience and a proactive approach. You should demonstrate a good understanding of the industry, effectively manage and deliver projects, and work autonomously with the confidence to contact all team and project stakeholders. Experience within the QS function on new‑build projects is desirable for understanding construction technology, procurement, and CVR process. Experience on reclad or refurbishment projects is also advantageous.
Location
The role is principally home‑based with site and office visits as required to report to the project team, line manager, and senior leads.
