With the recent announcement of Watkin Jones developing 295 new homes as part of a major regeneration project in St Helens, Merseyside, we are looking for a Site Manager to play a crucial part within our homes division.

As a Site Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and progress are maintained to meet project timelines and required standards. You will take on key responsibilities within the development, as delegated by the senior management team. This management role also involves supervising staff and ensuring the successful completion of tasks on site, in line with project timelines.

About you:

As a Site Manager with a strong foundation in construction management, you will ideally hold a Level 3 or 4 qualification (e.g. NVQ, Apprenticeship, or HNC) in a relevant field. Your commitment to continuous development is evident through additional relevant training in areas such as tool and site equipment use, health and safety, and more.

You will be equipped with essential certifications, including a First Aid Certificate, SMSTS Card, and CSCS Card, ensuring a safe and well-managed working environment. Your practical expertise, combined with your proactive approach to site management, makes you well-prepared to deliver high-quality results on time and in line with project standards.
