Working closely with the Commercial Director, you'll take ownership of commercial performance across multiple projects, managing everything from procurement and CVRs to client relationships, subcontractor accounts, and final accounts. The successful candidate will have proven experience in a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor position, ideally within refurbishment, fit-out, regeneration, or occupied-building environments. Strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects are essential. Just as importantly, you'll be a collaborative leader who enjoys supporting and developing others within the commercial team.
