We're looking for an ambitious Real Estate Investment Analyst to join our Investment team, helping shape projects across the PBSA, Build to Rent, Co-Living, and Single Family Housing sectors with exposure to the full lifecycle of residential-for-rent investment and development.
This opportunity would be ideal for someone with experience gained through a structured development programme or rotational role within a residential investment or development environment.
You'll need a minimum of 2 years’ experience within the real estate sector, with prior exposure to the UK residential-for-rent sector favourable.
Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll support and drive decision making through the investment and development lifecycle, from acquisitions, development & planning, asset management, and divestment. Strong commercial awareness, analytical skills, and confidence working with financial models are essential.
