Watford Palace Theatre is seeking a dynamic, strategic and hands-on individual to lead the next phase of our audience focussed experiences, operations and customer service. The post is a newly created leadership role which is integral to shaping how our newly refurbished spaces and staff connect, engage with and serve our diverse audience.
The postholder will oversee and lead the integration of our front of house visitor experience, hospitality, facilities and building operations to ensure that the theatre is safe, compliant, commercially effective, environmentally responsible, welcoming, inclusive and audience and visitor focussed.
