Watford Mencap is recruiting Community Buddies for our Care and Support Agency to support adults and children with learning disabilities in their homes and local communities.
You will provide personal care, assist with daily tasks, and help clients access activities, transport, shopping and social outings, while building trusting relationships.
We value a flexible, can-do attitude, good IT skills, empathy and resilience; prior experience is welcome but not essential.
