You could make a difference by supporting someone with a learning disability to carry out their daily activities like shopping or meeting friends. £12.21 an hour plus benefits and sleeping, rising to £12.74 per hour after successful completion of probation and training (equivalent to £27,700 pa).

Responsibilities
- You will work in a small committed team helping a small group of people get on with life, so you can really get to know people well.
- You will be supported by a manager close by.
- Support people with their daily life, which might include personal care, looking after the home, planning, decisions and trying new things.
- You will support people to get out and about, join in with activities and be part of their community.
- Being a driver is an advantage as that can help people with limited mobility to be able to get about.
- Sleep-in duties are paid at around £63 per sleep-in.
- A full-time salary with a sleep-in duty per week is around £26,700 pa.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Enhanced DBS will be required for the successful candidate.
- The role may require a driving licence if a driver is preferred.
