We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Data Assistant to provide support for the Data & MIS Manager.
The main responsibilities of the role will include:
- Review data marksheet entries in Bromcom when reports are being prepared.
- Liaise with staff across the school to ensure that missing data is entered.
- Prepare student reports and basic analysis from Bromcom for checking by Head of Year.
- Ensure that Bromcom users are supported in their use of Bromcom on Mondays & Tuesdays.
- Deputise for the Data and MIS Manager in their absence.
This is a varied position, with a specific focus on the accurate input, reporting and analysis of data, together with the provision of support to other Bromcom users across a busy school environment. Experience of working with MIS is highly desirable, and preferably Bromcom (although training will be provided).
