Watford Grammar School for Boys is seeking an Assistant SENDCo to work with the SENDCo to develop SEND provision across the school and support the Learning Support department's day-to-day operations.
The role includes coordinating interventions, maintaining SEND records, and contributing to EHCPs and annual reviews, with a teaching commitment of 3–6 hours per week at KS3/KS4 to support inclusive classroom practice.
