Watford FC Community Sports & Education Trust is looking for a passionate team player who wants to make a positive difference to grassroots footballers in Hertfordshire and Harrow. As a Player Development Programme (PDP) Coach, you will work primarily across weekday late afternoons and evenings, with some occasional weekend delivery, as part of a core team delivering coaching sessions across our three tiers of boys’ and girls’ player development programmes and associated activities.
Main Responsibilities
- Delivering technical coaching sessions on a number of the following programmes:
- Skills Centres (boys’ and girls’ tier 1)
- Matchday Packages (including football Tour visitors)
- Football Development Camps
- Player Development Events
General Responsibilities
- Actively demonstrate and promote the Trust’s core values through your work.
- Adhere to the Trust’s policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development of a culture of continuous improvement within the Trust.
- Work in partnership with all the Club’s departments on community initiatives as identified by the Community Director and Board of Trustees.
- Actively promote the Trust in a positive and professional manner at all times.
- Undertake any other duties which might reasonably be deemed within the status of the job and appropriate to the post.
