Summary of Your Role
Making Every Player Counts (MEPC) is a new Trust programme funded by the Premier League Foundation. The role will be offering weekly, inclusive football sessions, providing accessible, Pan-Disability opportunities for participants to engage in regular physical activity within a supportive and welcoming environment.
Your Roles and Responsibilities, but Not Limited To
- Plan and deliver fun, interactive and engaging football and multisport activities to young people aged 8-17 and adults 18+ with SEN/Pan- Disabilities.
- Provide a safe, inclusive and fun environment for participants to meet new friends, develop skills and improve their mental and physical wellbeing.
You Must Have
- Understanding of the Trust commitment to EDI & Safeguarding
- Introduction to coaching football or equivalent
- In-date First Aid and safeguarding qualifications
- A positive ' can do' attitude
- Enthusiastic and self- motivated to make a difference within the community.
You Ideally Would Have
- Some experience in working with SEN & Pan disability participants in the sports sector.
- Understand the importance of and delivering best practice when working with SEN & PAN disability participants.
