Technical Delivery Manager LocationWatford Salary£45,000 – £55,000 37 hours per week At Watford Community Housing, we provide vital services that help people to live better lives. Were looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to join our Technology and Information Services team and help us deliver core housing software solutions to our residents. Whats the role? As part of our Technology and Information Services (TIS) team, you will use your tech and customer skills to help us deliver our core housing software to both internal and external customers. Youll work effectively and collaboratively to ensure system functionality across all systems. In this role you will need to: Ensure a high standard of customer service. Take personal responsibility for ensuring timely delivery of housing related software products. Provide key updates on product delivery, end user adoption plans and key configuration requirements.
