Quality Manager Watford Up to £65,000 37 hours per week At Watford Community Housing, were committed to building high-quality new homes that help people live better lives. We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Partnerships team as a QualityManager. Whats the role? As part of our Partnerships team, you will use your experience and skills to help us build desperately needed new affordable and market-sale homes. The right candidate will have experience of leading in the quality management aspect of construction projects, preferably within the housing sector. You will have the ability to act independently and manage aspects of a project lifecycle, taking personal responsibility for managing quality tasks at various stages in a project lifecycle. Youll work effectively and proactively with colleagues to ensure the management and delivery of quality, effective housing. In this role you will need to: ensure a high standard of customer service lead the Quality and Aftercare Team effectively to ensure high levels of quality are maintained during the project lifecycle ensure adequate and regular quality of audits are undertaken, supported by in-house Clerk of Works lead on and manage, with the support of the Aftercare Manager, all works within the Defects Liability Period
