AEG Presents is opening the doors to our newest live entertainment venue – Watford Colosseum – and we’re looking for vibrant, people-loving Box Office Assistants to be the welcoming face for every guest who walks through our doors. You’ll be right at the heart of the action, helping fans get tickets to the events they love and making sure their experience starts with a smile.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Selling tickets and handling ticket collections with efficiency and care
  • Delivering Best-in-Class customer service that leaves a lasting impression
  • Answering questions, resolving issues, and helping guests feel supported
  • Managing guest lists for venue and artists – you’ll be the go-to for smooth entry
  • Keeping the box office space professional, organised and welcoming

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new systems

We’ll give you a thorough induction on how we work at AEG. Our induction and onboarding programme is a great way to meet other new starters and to learn about our culture and values. We will give you training in our systems, policies, and procedures so that you’ll be set up for success. From the moment new employees join us, they’re welcomed with open arms and a plethora of exciting perks. Not only can they choose a free show and to climb The O2, but we also ensure that our employees are continuously engaged and rewarded throughout their journey with us.

Where: You’ll be based at the venue in Watford. You will need to be available to work evenings and weekends at events.

When: Interviews will be held w/c 14 July and we need people to start work with us on Monday 4 August 2025.
