Overview
The Vacancy: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract. WPS are looking for skilled Multi Traders to join our responsive maintenance team supporting social housing properties in the Coalville area.
Responsibilities
- You\\\’ll be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across occupied and void properties. The work will be varied and may include:
- Groundworks
- Tiling
- Plastering
- Plumbing
- Painting & Decorating
- Carpentry
- Joinery
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a recognised trade
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Proven experience in one or more of the listed trades
- Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
- Ability to work safely and comply with health & safety regulations
