Here at Wates, we have an opportunity for a Multi Trader/Joiner to join our Living Space team in the West Lancashire area. As a Multi Trader/Joiner, you will be working on our responsive maintenance contracts for an existing social housing provider. The primary focus of this role is to undertake all tasks to achieve first-time fix, deliver high standards of workmanship in a timely and productive manner, and provide excellent customer service to the client.

Key Accountabilities

  • Undertake repair/renewal works across various trades, identifying when other trades are needed.
  • Advise the Supervisor promptly when other trades are required.
  • Collaborate with other operatives to complete projects.
  • Complete daily worksheets detailing work undertaken and materials used.
  • Work efficiently to complete projects on time.
  • Provide excellent customer service to client representatives.
  • Work in accordance with Wates Health & Safety Professional Standards, including the company's safeguarding policy towards children and vulnerable adults.

Qualifications required include a minimum of NVQ Level 2, a valid driving license, and relevant experience in a joinery setting.
