About the Role
As a Site Manager at Wates, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring quality, safety, and project success. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Project Managers to deliver excellence at every stage of the build. You will:
- Champion our Zero Harm safety culture and implement the Wates Operating Framework
- Lead on Quality Management in line with the Project Quality Plan
- Take ownership of programme planning and milestone management in collaboration with the supply chain
- Dive into the details—review and interpret all relevant design information for your area of responsibility
