Wates have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mobile Foot Engineer to join the team on our client's offices in Central London.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The primary focus of this role will be to conduct planned preventative Mechanically, Electrically, Multi-disciplined, AC biased maintenance and reactive works to the buildings plant, equipment, and systems, as well as respond to site engineering emergencies on behalf of our clients. What is important to us is your natural communication skills to deliver high levels of customer service at all times, your ability to effectively multi-task, work to tight deadlines and problem solve on the job; whilst always promoting health & safety excellence.

Key Accountabilities as Mobile Foot Engineer include:
- Electrical or Mechanical qualification such as NVQ or City & Guilds.
- Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared for all tasks conducted to provide safe working practices.
- Record all reactive and PPM tasks accurately and in detail using report sheets and ensure signed by the client weekly.
- Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
- Good knowledge of a plant room and day to day building maintenance.
