Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing multiple projects within budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients or project team members.

Supported by an experienced team delivering a technology that achieves world's lowest-ever rate of electricity consumption for desalination and water re-use, the Project Delivery Manager takes on a cross-disciplinary role to ensure effective execution of exciting industry-first projects in various locations.

Responsibilities

  • Project manager for specific plant build activities.
  • Project delivery manager for all programs across the business.
  • Financial management: Tracking all project costs, preparing budgets, forecasting, and managing expenditure across projects.
  • Schedule Management: Monitoring project timelines, identifying potential delays, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Resource Management: Tracking and managing resources (personnel, equipment, materials).
  • Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact the project.
  • Reporting: Providing regular reports on project status, performance, and financial progress to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to internal control policies and procedures.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with other team members, clients and external stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in project and team management
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team
