The College is looking to appoint a Head of Subject to lead English. The ideal candidate will be an outstanding teacher and be able to demonstrate the ability to lead by example and show they have had a positive impact on student outcomes within English. You may also have either the experience or potential to lead developments across other subject areas.
In 2025 our overall Attainment 8 score was 4.4. Students studying English Language achieved 60% grade 4 and above; English Literature achieved 53% grade 4 or above; Media Studies achieved 51% grade 4 and above.
