An amazing opportunity to be Strategic Lead for the Care and Wellbeing transformation programme at Shropshire Council. We are seeking a dynamic strategic leader to steer the implementation of a New Operating Model for Adult Social Care & Wellbeing.
This pivotal post reports to the Director for Care and Wellbeing to deliver the key priorities across the adult social care pathway. The post will also have accountability to the Leadership Board, driving transformation of care pathways and the delivery of complex programmes to achieve improved outcomes and financial sustainability.
