We are recruiting a Concierge Support Worker to join our team across our Emergency Housing sites, including Cotton Hill House, The Tannery, and additional locations as required.
You will work as a lone worker, providing a safe, supportive, and well‑managed environment for residents accessing emergency accommodation. This role involves both day and night shifts, 6am - 6pm & 6pm - 6am, operating on a rota basis across weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays.
You will receive additional pay for twilight hours (11pm–6am).
