Shropshire Council’s Feedback and Insight Team is looking for a Senior Complaints Officer. We are looking for someone who has experience of complaints handling, complaint procedures and has well-developed customer service and case management skills.

The post holder will play a leading role within the team, supporting complaints officers with some of the most challenging cases and supporting Shropshire Council’s implementation of the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman’s Complaint Handling Code. The role will require good IT skills.

The post holder will be expected to act as a specialist for Shropshire Council, providing procedural and case handling advice to a wide range of internal services and to commissioned services delivering on behalf of Shropshire Council.
