As Property Business Partner, you will support the Assets Manager in delivering the Council’s Asset Management Strategy, working as a key member of the property management and development team to drive high quality, data informed asset planning. You will collaborate with service areas and fellow property business partners to develop, manage and implement asset management processes that identify opportunities for rationalisation, development, efficiencies, innovation and commercial growth across the Council’s land and property portfolio.
The role involves undertaking service asset management plans, providing professional advice and challenge on future property requirements, and working closely with senior management teams to embed the Asset Management Framework.
