We are looking for an experienced and motivated Demand Responsive Transport (DRT) Coordinator to lead the day‑to‑day delivery of our Connect On‑Demand service. This is a key operational leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and reliable running of the service.

You will take full control of daily operations, managing a team of drivers and dispatch staff, resolving issues in real time and ensuring a high‑quality experience for passengers across Shropshire. You will oversee service performance, manage rotas and staffing levels, ensure compliance with transport legislation and Council policies, and respond to incidents, enquiries and service disruption as they arise.

The role is hands‑on, fast‑paced and requires confident decision‑making to keep services running smoothly.
