As a Bridging Outreach Worker, you will support people experiencing homelessness or at risk of, who have substance use needs through assertive, trauma-informed outreach. The role focuses on improving engagement with treatment, reducing rough sleeping and homelessness linked to substance use, and supporting positive recovery outcomes.
