We are expanding our Insurance Team and are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Insurance Claims Handler to support the Council’s vital work across Shropshire. As an Insurance Claims Handler, you will play a key part in the smooth running of the Council’s insurance activities. You will investigate, register, and manage a variety of insurance claims using our claims management system, handling enquiries efficiently and accurately.
You will process claims from start to finish, liaising with a range of stakeholders to ensure timely and thorough resolution. Your duties will include:
