We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and well qualified graduate to join our proactive, highly motivated and supportive World Studies Team. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high quality lessons and achieving excellent results, instilling in all students a love for the subject and a desire to learn.
Lakelands Academy is a successful and popular 11-16 comprehensive school, consistently judged as ‘Good’ by Ofsted, who praised the high ambitions for all pupils’ learning and our staff’s good relationships with pupils (2022). Staff and students often describe the academy as having a ‘family feel’ because of the ethos of care and support that is extended to members of the academy’s community.
