What You\'ll Be Doing and Your Day-to-Day
- Interacting with senior business stakeholders and clients to gather requirements
for building bespoke digital solutions.
- Generate enthusiasm for software development around the business
- Contribute in a delivery / hands-on capacity where it makes sense and your
expertise would help, mentoring where appropriate.
- Talking about software practices and principles internally and externally in a
consultancy capacity.
- To maintain an enthusiasm and curiosity for technology, and using
technology to solve interesting and complex problems for customers.
What we\'re looking for

- A genuine curiosity for technology and a desire to explore diverse ideas and

- A background in hands on software development (past senior developer,
technical architect etc).
- Experience in gathering requirements for complex projects in collaborative

and DevOps principles
- Comfort with communicating value to different audiences, including internal
teams and external partners.
