Watersprite Film Festival, located in Cambridge, is seeking a freelance Festival Producer to organize the 18th annual festival set for March 2027. This position, starting in July 2026, involves overseeing creative and administrative responsibilities, fundraising for the festival, and managing a team of over 50 student volunteers to develop new initiatives for emerging filmmakers.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in large-scale event production and excellent leadership and negotiation skills. They will work closely with the Development Director and engage with key stakeholders in the screen industries.
