Our ever expanding Rentals Office are seeking a Property Manager to join our team on a full time basis.
Minimum 2 years experience in residential property management.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and negotiate tenancy renewals.
- Prepare property inventories.
- Carry out regular property inspections.
- Liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors to ensure all maintenance works are carried out in a timely manner.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
Plus 1 weekend in 4 with a day off in lieu.
