Joloda Hydraroll are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated apprentice to join our manufacturing team. This role will provide hands-on experience working within a busy engineering environment where you will support the manufacture and assembly of our world-leading loading and unloading systems.
- Assisting with the welding of small to medium sized components used in loading system assemblies
- Linishing and grinding welded components to remove excess material and create smooth finishes
- Supporting the assembly and fitting of components into larger welded assemblies
- Operating and assisting with robotic welding and linishing equipment under supervision
- Learning to operate CNC machinery used in the production process
- Following engineering drawings and technical specifications when assembling parts
- Supporting the engineering team with basic maintenance and workshop tasks
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
- Working closely with experienced engineers to develop practical mechanical engineering skills
Entry Requirements
