Waterside Holiday Group is investing heavily in data, systems and growth, and we’re looking for a Finance Business Partner who wants to sit at the heart of the business. You’ll work directly with senior leaders, influence real commercial outcomes, and help build a modern analytics and reporting capability from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- Assist the Finance Manager with the compilation of the monthly management accounts to the required deadline.
- Review monthly accruals with the Finance Manager.
- Provide monthly/weekly reports to Heads of Departments.
- Join weekly commercial meets for different revenue streams and offer insight where needed.
- You’ll act as the financial voice in cross‑functional leadership meetings.
- Support in Capital Business cases.
- Lead monthly financial performance reviews with the Leadership Teams.
- Work closely with the Finance Director in all aspects of budgeting, forecasting and 5YP plans.
- Build reports/dashboards in MS Excel and Power BI to create impactful reporting.
- Help shape key KPI’s and monitoring across the business.
- Help feed into complex models such as Pitch Economics and acquisition models.
Health & Safety: Comply with all relevant health and safety guidelines and company policies, use protective equipment (PPE) as required, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

- Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with at least (0–2 years PQE) with commercial finance experience.
Desirable:
- SAP B1 experience is highly desirable.
- Experience working in the Holiday Park Industry.
- Power BI experience.
