The Excelsior Academy is seeking an experienced and driven Office Manager to lead our busy school office from 1 September 2026. This is a pivotal role at the heart of the Academy, demanding exceptional organisational ability, strong leadership, and a genuine commitment to delivering first‑class service to every stakeholder. You will take ownership of all administrative functions, line‑manage our reception and office team, and play a key role in shaping a dynamic, high‑performing support operation. From managing parental communications and compliance requirements to improving systems and processes, no two days will be the same.
Key Responsibilities
