About Watershed
Watershed is the enterprise sustainability platform. Companies like Airbnb, Carlyle Group, FedEx, Visa, and Dr. Martens use Watershed to manage climate and ESG data, produce audit-ready metrics for voluntary and regulatory reporting including CSRD, and drive real decarbonization. We are looking for team members who love product-building, want to work hard at a mission-oriented startup, and will collaborate with us in shaping the culture of a growing team. We have offices in San Francisco, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Sydney, Mexico City, and remote team members across the US and Europe.
The role
We are looking for corporate climate experts to join Watershed's go-to-market team. You may be a fit for this role if you are excited to help FTSE 250 companies navigate an increasingly complex landscape of investor pressure, customer expectations and regulatory requirements (CSRD, SEC, etc.). You are willing to roll your sleeves up and go deep with prospective customers on their needs, partnering with our sales, product and climate science teams along the way. You may have worked in SaaS sales before or you may be new to climate tech; either way, you are excited to deploy your climate knowledge to help customers navigate an important buying decision.
