Senior Treasury Manager - Dubai
Are you a treasury professional who thrives on precision, cash visibility, and building scalable financial infrastructure?
At Sokin we are looking for a Senior Manager, Treasury to lead our treasury operations and help shape the financial backbone of our payments platform.
As Senior Manager, Treasury, you'll own cash management, liquidity forecasting, and banking relationships across our global payment flows.
You'll work closely with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure the company has the capital efficiency and operational controls needed to scale safely in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities
- Aid in developing and Implementing Treasury policies, procedures, and controls
- First-line responsibility for managing risk appetite for liquidity, funding and market risks in FX space
- Create and implement workflow processes for reconciliation and cash management
- Maintaining and monitoring enough liquidity to meet regulatory and internal requirements
- Develop and implement market and liquidity risk stress testing
- Liaise with the compliance and product teams to ensure regulatory compliance and reconciliation in all our processes
- Present quarterly reports on Sokin's financial position
- Develop and implement data flows for proper cashflow forecasting
- Liaise with the Data Team to identify financial operating metrics to deliver both global and regional identifiers for KRIs and KPIs.
- Conduct deep dive analysis addressing key business questions and presenting them to stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience and understanding of treasury management within financial services industry
- Experience in building Treasury processes and controls at financial institutions
- A proactive and results-oriented individual with a positive attitude
- Strong analytical skills and a hands-on attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels
- You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and take responsibility to do whatever needs doing to solve problems.
- You have experience leading and managing teams preferably within financial services
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ethical, with the ability to remain impartial
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in Bank treasury or Fintech Treasury team
- Good with numbers and Microsoft Excel
