Responsibilities
The role involves working hands‑on in a dedicated lab that mirrors real‑world customer infrastructures, helping ensure our on‑premise software integrates reliably across complex enterprise environments.
- Replicate customer networks and enterprise setups, including security tools and third‑party software
- Test and validate interoperability across platforms and virtualised environments

- Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Field teams — and engage directly with customers when needed — to improve deployability and customer experience
Qualifications
About you: You may come from L3/L4 Support, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Systems Administration, or DevOps. What matters most is your curiosity, analytical mindset, and ability to connect the dots across systems.
You’ll bring:

- Confidence working with security tooling, enterprise software, and automation scripting
- Clear, professional communication — able to explain complex issues to both technical and non‑technical audiences
Platform & Environment Experience:
- Security Tools: Familiarity with installing and configuring endpoint protection (EDR) or SIEM tools (e.g., CrowdStrike, Trellix, Splunk).
- Scripting: Practical skills in PowerShell or Bash to automate repetitive environment setup and testing tasks.
