We're looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in biology, chemistry, or biochemistry to lead the vision and growth of our lab automation portfolio, including the Andrew+ pipetting robot and OneLab software ecosystem. Responsibilities
- Own the product vision & strategy for lab automation solutions
- Drive the product roadmap, lifecycle, and commercial success across European and global markets
- Lead new product development from concept through launch
- Act as the voice of the customer, deeply understanding lab workflows and user needs
- Shape product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
- Partner across R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver impactful solutions
- Develop sales enablement tools, insights, and competitive differentiation
- Track performance metrics including adoption, growth, and market impact
Qualifications
- A degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related life science (strongly preferred over engineering-only backgrounds)
- Experience in product management, product marketing, or application roles within life sciences, lab automation, or analytical instrumentation
- Solid understanding of laboratory workflows (e.g., liquid handling, sample prep, LC/LC-MS)
- Experience contributing to or leading product launches and go-to-market activities
- Strong collaboration skills in international, cross-functional environments
- Excellent communication skills - able to engage both scientists and business leaders
- Requires domestic and international travel of up to 30%
