Overview The Master Data Management Processor will report to the EMEA Accounts Payable Manager and is responsible for the daily vendor master additions, changes, deletions in accordance with country specific regulatory compliance requirements in the US & EMEA. This role can be based at either the Wilmslow or Wexford locations, 3 days per week on site (Tues /Wed / Thu) hybrid working. This is a FTC 12months with a possibility of move to permanent. Responsibilities Communicate directly with vendors to obtain pertinent information required for vendor additions or changes, such as Tax related documents, Supplier Classifications forms, Banking information, etc. Process vendor master additions and changes in an accurate and timely manner in Ariba and/or SAP ECC Maintain accurate tax information to support year-end processing of 1099’s, 1042’s and other compliance requests Create new vendors and deactivate any vendors no longer being utilized Consolidate duplicate vendors Ensure accurate payment terms on vendor master Review Supplier Classification forms to ensure vendors are properly classified in SAP as it relates to Diversity Reporting Qualifications Education: High School / Secondary Level Education Competencies: Operates with integrity, transparency and humility Acts as a true company owner to advance the overall interests of Waters Carries a broad global perspective of markets, tech, and trends Balances clear strategic thinking and accountability in execution to deliver results Actively creates the conditions for Waters’ people and teams to succeed In addition to salary, we work flexibly, have excellent family friendly benefits such as attractive employer pension contribution, life assurance, income protection and private medical.
