The Principal, Program Delivery Excellence is responsible for defining, standardizing, and enabling best in class program delivery practices across the enterprise.
This role serves as a thought leader and capability owner for program management excellence, ensuring consistent execution, governance, and transparency across complex, cross functional, and regulated programs.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this role partners closely with R advanced degree preferred.
PMP, Pg MP, or equivalent certification strongly preferred; experience in Life Sciences and regulated environments is a plus. 10+ years of program or project management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership, standards‑setting, or enterprise role.
Proficiency in project management and portfolio management software.
Demonstrated success implementing standardized program delivery practices across global, matrixed organizations.
Proven ability to influence without authority and partner effectively with senior leaders.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to ~20%.
