Our Center for Process Excellence team is on a mission to improve business outcomes and employee experiences by driving step-change improvements in critical enterprise processes, and the technology and analytics supporting these.
Responsibilities
- Business Alignment & Leadership
- Act as the PLM business lead for workstream decisions and cross-functional alignment for S/4 HANA enterprise deployment
- Coordinate with IT and system integrators to ensure feasibility and solution consistency.
- Responsible for boundary applications that integrate our PLM platform to our SAP S4 ERP platform
- Lead PLM business process testing and validation to ensure robustness of solutions . Analyze current processes and customizations to support future-state design.
- Project Management
- Manage assigned PLM-related projects or sub‑projects, ensuring delivery of scope, timeline, and milestones in alignment with the broader S/4HANA program.
- Facilitate project meetings, track action items, monitor progress, and drive timely issue resolution.
- Ensure alignment of project deliverables with PLM roadmap, enterprise design standards, and future-state process requirements.
- Support vendor coordination and ensure deliverables meet quality expectations and integration requirements.
- Testing & Quality Assurance
- Coordinate testing resources, oversee unit testing and readiness, including test reviews, scripts, and defect tracking.
- Support Integrated test cycles and user acceptance test s , cutover and hyper care activities.
- Prepare for future release s
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work across multiple workstreams to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
- Coordinate activities across boundary systems tied to PLM.
- Change Management & Adoption
- Support training, communication, and organizational readiness activities.
- Champion new processes and capture business feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering , Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst or PLM Functional Analyst, ideally with S/4HANA experience.
- Experience with PLM platforms (e. g., Teamcenter, Windchill).
- Strong understanding of PLM processes .
- Skilled in Agile delivery, JIRA, testing cycles, and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong communication , facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Deep domain expertise of Product Life Cycle Management in Life Sciences industry
