We are seeking a Talent Management Program Lead to orchestrate the global execution of our new people leadership development portfolio for over 2,000 leaders worldwide. This role offers significant business impact and visibility during a pivotal moment of integration. Balancing a strategic design lens with flawless execution, you will manage established vendor partnerships, customize content for local impact, and lead campaigns that build a unified One Waters culture. Far beyond traditional training delivery, you will act as a true talent partner, consulting with business leaders on critical talent initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership Development & Operational Excellence
    • Manage Program Rollouts: Oversee scheduling, logistics, and global scaling of multi-tiered manager development program.
    • Facilitate Live Sessions: Deliver highly engaging live and virtual development sessions for global leaders.
    • Coordinate Vendor Deliverables: Partner with external vendors to customize and contextualize learning content.
    • Ensure Operational Excellence: Track cohorts and manage digital learning environments with strict quality control.
  • Enterprise Learning
    • Evolve Program Design: Use pilot data and feedback to iterate and update learning assets.
    • Deploy Learning Campaigns: Implement global communication plans to drive internal engagement and cultural alignment.
    • Develop Enablement Assets: Build practical toolkits, resource guides, and pathways for continuous employee development.
    • Track Program Metrics: Define KPIs, monitor global adoption data, and report on program effectiveness.
  • Strategic Talent Partnering
    • Conduct Needs Analysis: Consult with HRBPs and leaders to diagnose skill gaps and capability needs.
    • Integrate Talent Initiatives: Align manager programs with broader performance management and succession planning efforts.
    • Standardize Global Training: Serve as a centralized consultant across regions to prevent training fragmentation.
    • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with DEI, HRIS, and Analytics teams to maximize program reach.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in L&D, leadership development, organisational development, or talent management.
  • Strong instructional design skills and experience building scalable programs.
  • Confident facilitator with experience developing managers.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience with HR tech (HRIS, LMS such as SuccessFactors or Skillsoft, analytics tools).
